Mini Champagne Cakes with Fluff Filling & Whipped Vanilla Frosting

in desserts, Uncategorized

A side view after a big bite!  YUMMY!

Oh….Champagne….Cake….I love you BOTH!!

This is SUCH a fun recipe and the great thing about it is that it is semi-home made so you can whip it up easily.  Another big win is that it tastes amazing!!!  These were a huge hit at my New Years Bash….I hope you love them!!

These have “WOW-FACTOR”

 Ingredients:
1 pkg white cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) pkg vanilla pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup champagne
Marshmallow Fluff
2 tubs WHIPPED Vanilla Frosting
Sprinkling Sugars, Pearlettes, any topper that fits your celebration!

 Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat until blended.  Then beat 4 minutes at low speed.  Put liners in cupcake tins I yielded 18 perfect cupcakes out of this recipe.  Fill 2/3 full.  Bake one tin at a time at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until they are set in middle.  Allow to cool.  Spoon out centers to about 1/2 way into the cupcake.

Fill the cupcake with the Marshmallow Fluff!
Frost the tops….make a nice fluffy dome for flair!

Decorate with fun sprinkles to match your festive occasion!!!

I made champagne cake balls this holiday season and they were a HUGE hit with everyone, so I can see why you cupcakes were a winner. Especially stuffed with marshmallow fluff?!?! WOW! Happy New Year Missy!

This looks so fantastic except – I can*not* stomach marshmallow fluff! It creeps me out! Eeeek!
I think I'd absolutely steal the entire batch out of your kitchen with, say, a cream filling :)
