Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

I love making my husband his breakfast, and keeping us healthy is my number one goal!! I want him to be around for a long time!  He is an active guy and requires a lot more fuel than I do.  He is a  hight school Phys Ed Teacher, I work in an office!  But the great thing about his need for big breakgfasts is it allows me to cook things that I may not eat every day!  Today this is his breakfast:

It is important to fill our tanks in the morning!  This is quick, easy, and I keep it light as well!


Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Calories per serving: 365


  • whole wheat bagel
  • 2 farm fresh eggs
  • 1 slice 2% milk cheese
  • 3 slices turkey pepperoni
  • cooking spray
  • salt and pepper


  1. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Add both eggs and pop yolks. Salt and pepper and add the pepperoni slices.
  2. Put bagels in toaster oven on medium.
  3. Flip eggs, when fully set, flip over into a half. Lay onto bottome bagel half. Top with cheese and bagel top!
  4. Enjoy!
